I am an investor and real estate agent focusing on ways to maximize cash flow in Colorado Springs. The two main things I focus on are House Hacking and Airbnb/Short Term Rentals.
My Story: I worked low-income Social Work jobs for 7 years after college. I am driven by a desire to help people. I bought a house in year 7, converted a garage into an Airbnb, and rented out 3 rooms and the garage for a gross average of $3600 a month on a $1500/month mortgage. The fire was lit.
Since I’ve done 2 more house hacks and I now generate enough income from house hacks to cover my personal yearly expenses.
I’m passionate about Financial Independence and helping my clients find and negotiate the best deal. I work with a team of realtor investors that help guide you through your investment, answer all of your questions, and act as a house hacking/investing consultant along the way.
Our job is not limited to finding you the deal, we continue helping after closing. From setting you up with pre-vetted contractors, property managers, and lenders, to providing leases and answering any questions that you can imagine. We serve as your guide through your investing journey whatever direction you take.
